Diabetes Federation of Ireland and sanofi aventis Ireland Ltd maintain this website subject to the following Terms and Conditions
- The Website
1.1 By accessing or using the www.itsmyinsulin.ie website (the “Site”) you acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers, terms, conditions set forth below (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to the Terms, you should not use the Site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time. You should check these Terms periodically for changes as by using the Site after we post any changes to these Terms, you are agreeing to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them.
- Who We Are
2.1 The Site has been developed jointly by the Diabetes Federation of Ireland and sanofi-aventis Ireland Ltd, with the support of an unrestricted educational grant from sanofi-aventis Ireland Ltd and with input from independent healthcare professionals.
2.2 Diabetes Federation of Ireland is located at 76 Lower Gardiner Street, Dublin 1.
2.3 sanofi-aventis Ireland Ltd is an Irish registered private limited liability company with its registered office at Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, with registered company number is 166500.
2.4 Reference to “us”, “we” or “our” in these Terms refers jointly to Diabetes Federation of Ireland and sanofi-aventis Ireland Ltd.
- Accessing our Site
3.1 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend access to our Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
3.2 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.
- Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
4.2 You may freely download material from the Site, but downloaded materials may only be used by you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost or use any of such materials for public or commercial purposes, without our express written permission.

4.7 You are advised that Diabetes Federation of Ireland and/or sanofi-aventis Ireland Ltd will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights in the Site and its contents to the fullest extent of the law, including by seeking criminal sanctions, where available.
